Jackie  Greed and money is a great motivation for people to be ruthless and uncaring.  Was the Mark Thomas Documentary  on recently about the gun shot wounds and the silencer.  I watched that and found it interesting and that is why I came on the forum although I do remember the Jeremy Bamber case and having read so much on the forum I have to think he is innocent.

Jackie as an after thought Jeremy is only worth money if he is released from prison.

His name is in fact John Lamberton.  He uses the name Ian Lamberton on facebook.  There is a thread dedicated to him in the Other high Profile Cases section of this forum.
A belated thank you for that.

Are you an ex or a serving police officer Mathew? If you are then it is a disgusting state of affairs that this kind of confidential information is leaked and the only reason that you told the forum before that actual decision was made public is out of devilment. I am informed that the police and the prison governor are told around 9am and so these are the only sources that you could have got the information from. Other that of course a leak from within the CCRC. If you had said such a thing in wartime Mathew then you would have been hauled in by MI5 double quick and questioned. But being in peacetime you may escape punishment.
In any case I take a very dim view of you revealing such information before it was publicly release and even before the family or Jeremy knew. It confirms to be that there is certainly corruption within the system and that you are somehow involved in this corruption. Simon McKay is going to be informed of this later on and he will no doubt be bringing this "leak" up with the CCRC.
I thought he was guessing?

Hi G - I totally agree with your comments regarding the leakage of the CCRC decision.   :)
I would bet that he was guessing.  I'm not sure why everyone suddenly believes him.

I don't think I have said anything really nice about Jeremy for months!!!
Susan's nice, full stop.

 I wasn't guessing, Neil.
There wasn't a CCRC leak.

Most members of the finally didn't know until after 10am, G. You're right but how do you know that? I'm sure you'll know that some members of the family didn't even know about the 10am deadline today.

But here we go...

There are some members of parliament, up to 7 in fact, that not only have a priviledge to know CRCC thinking plans/ but to have a prior warning. Those elected officials have assistants/office staff. News travels.

CRCC have wires to the press. News travels.

And then there is Jeremy's own team. Who last night knew that they'd screwed up big time. Amatures. and all wolves in sheeps clothing.

Well you just cannot be sure with some people because it is their habit of lying that make it difficult to judge. Bit like the police in fact. They lie their arses off for a fellow copper. There are very few that won't. And if they won't they get sent to coventry by the rest of the force. I know how it works believe me.

Ah... bless.  Shame about today, I didn't have high hopes to be honest.  I wonder what merit there is in legally challenging Essex Police to release ALL documentation.  Only then would justice be seen to be done.  Without full disclosure there will always be an element of doubt.  I presume that they have already gone down this avenue?

So why are you so priviledged to know before everyone else?

Hello matt, (sorry couldn't resist!)  I see you've been popular today!  Do you have an opinion on Jeremy's guilt?  I take on board what you say here, I'll believe you.
