Why though?

Because he hasn't been treated fairly. Hopefully there will be a fair retrial, and maybe you will get the outcome you think is right, but it is pretty unarguable that the current situation is unfair.

Tweet from Simon McKay:-

CCRC HAVE SAID JB WILL BE TOLD DECISION BY THE GOVERNOR AT 10:00.  :)

Thank you for that information Gillian, I suppose it will be around midday when we hear something. :)

Rochford - Thank you so much for explaining it.  I had not realised that this can happen sometimes and would not have questioned Mike's motive for which I apologise.  I have noticed this morning that the thread is now open for postings.  :)

Mertol22 - Thank you for your comments.  Fingers crossed!   :)

Gringo - Thank you for your explanation.  I had never thought of it like that.   :)

Neil - Thank you for your comments.   :)

Just a heads up.
He's lost.
On the grounds of the fact that rather than evidence most of the freshly submitted material posed questions - he's been found guilty and needed to give answers not pose questions.
Nothing new has been submitted to warrant an appeal. In fact, most that has been submitted is being disupted as to the actual reliability of it.

I'm hearing this just now. Don't ask how, but trust me - I'm right.

You'll all learn at 10.
Good for you. ;)

Matt You would have thought that a Solicitor of Simon Mackays calibre would have known what you seem to know shame he did not have your access to this information.

I knew there would be doubters. I shouldn't have said anything. Maybe I haven't worded it a hundred percent correctly.

But the CRCC have denied the request for appeal. Believe me, or think I'm crazy. You'll see.

Yes, but I could sit here saying it till I was blue in the face and there would still be doubt that I was telling the truth (understandbly) so the best bet it to wait until the news is officially given to you.

Hi Patti - JB is not being told until 10.00 by the Governor so IMO until there has been an official announcement anything before this can only be seen as speculative but I could be wrong.  :)
