Thanks for that Jackie.  :)

No unfortunately but he is identical to the one in the picture.  I asked my eldest (13) if she would download some photographs for me to use but that was about two weeks ago and I'm still waiting.  Teenagers!!!  :)

Hi Maggie - Is it true that if the result is a negative one then prisoners are put on suicide watch?  Some might say he is used to a negative result so will cope very well but each referral brings new hope so I don't think that this decision will be any easier but probably a lot worse as this one has been his best chance of freedom so far IMO.  :)

Maggie
Simon has said he has met all the statuary requirements for the referral to go ahead and he has also stated that he has always been successful with his dealings withe ccrc so I am still very confident

If the referral does not go ahead perhaps the members on here are right that everything will be done to keep Jeremy in prison even if he is innocent

It has happened before 'do not show the defense' and I am sure it will happen again

I wouldn't be surprised if Hartley and Vic know already

Maybe Mark has had to do two interviews

Hi Neil - Don't know if you saw the earlier response from Ngb but he thinks that they do not know as he has not heard anything.  He thinks SM and JB will be told in the morning with a public announcement later in the day.  The family will be given advance notice by their Police Liaison Officer and he says he will let the forum know as soon as he hears anything. Hope this all helps.  :)

Yes Jackie, I know you're really confident and  we should all have full confidence in Simon as he is very successful at his profession. It's just scary!!  However, Jeremy will know by now I should imagine.

Poor Jeremy, how will he cope if it's bad news. Can't imagine how dreadful he will feel.
Apparently he went into a deep depression last time when he lost the appeal. I truly think that he is an innocent man. Something ain't right with this case and that's a fact.

Hi Gillian, yes I did see that, but I also noted Jackie's post,  quite intriguing!

Maggie  like you I find it so scary and I feel sick in my stomach when I think of all the hard work people have put in and nothing from it.

G  To much to hide and I hope Jeremy does not have to suffer any longer for the treacherous behaviour of others.

If he is refused I strongly suspect that the decision will be challenged by Simon McKay?

Can anyone tell me who Ian Lamberton is?  He seems to be a pretty venomous individual.  I just happened to stumble across his facebook page which is full of juvenile jibes largely directed at people on this forum.  Why?

Is that a long and drawn out procedure, do you know?
