It has been considered David and action may be taken in due course.  At the moment the focus is on the final submissions to the CCRC but the efforts to obtain withheld material will continue after that.

Thanks, Neil.  Best of luck to the defence, campaign and any hard working 'renegades' for Tuesday.

Yeah.  He/she did a video before about Sheila's mental health.  Then he/she pulled it and did some kind of Bamber guilty vid.  Andrea pointed it out at the time.  It was a bit strange.

Those videos suddenly dissapeared

Hasn't one attempt already been to court (separate from the at least partially successful attempt re message logs) without success?

If PII is used as some form of super injunction by the Crown is that a self defeating proposition,
in that the purpose that it was designed for is not the purpose when it is actually implemented, if
so, can that be challenged by a group of justice campaigners to test it's legality ?

I agree it should be challenged as it is misused by the authorities.  PII was really created to protect certain types of information from that disclosure when disclosure would have adverse consequences which outweigh the interests of disclosure.  Examples are national security or the identity of police informants.  Too often PII is used to prevent disclosure of information simply because the prosecution do not want to disclose it.

If I misused a law for a distorted purpose, involving concealing something untoward or illegal, I would expect that I would be placing my self at risk of prosecution or exposure.  Yet these people do it with impunity, as if it is their right to do so.

I'm afraid many of those who are the law's guardians do seem to think they are above the law.
