+100 lets work on making it happen, you legal eagles have an opportunity to swoop. The
State is not affected here under the Official Secrets Act so what possible reason do the Crown hide
behind this other than showing them up as liars !

just found this

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bocwzw3ZYf8
I am still amazed at these film makers who state categorically that they are not taking sides and then go on the state only one side of the story without actually questioning if there is another side. If they think he's guilty why don't they simply come out and say it and not take us for fools by saying they are neutral?

I know jb was under surveillance after the murders, but this is the first i have heard that he was under surveillance before them and at the time of them.
I think campion mentioned something about Jeremy being under surveillance for drugs?

The short answer is yes, ultimately it could.  All domestic remedies have to be exhausted first so it would be necessary to challenge the PII claim in the High Court, then if necessary in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.  An important point to remember here however is that if the CCRC did their job properly there would be no need to challenge PII in court as under section 17 of the Criminal Appeal Act the CCRC can demand evidence and defeat a PII claim.

Neil, is there a reason why the defence have not challenged in a higher british court?  Since it seems such a huge issue in this case, why have remedies not been sought via these courts?

It has been considered David and action may be taken in due course.  At the moment the focus is on the final submissions to the CCRC but the efforts to obtain withheld material will continue after that.

Yeah.  He/she did a video before about Sheila's mental health.  Then he/she pulled it and did some kind of Bamber guilty vid.  Andrea pointed it out at the time.  It was a bit strange.
