Risky.

Phone blaring out thin walls small cottage etc, risk of waking the neighbour.

If the neighbour sees him entering his property he's fucked.

Please read reply 1. I have said this before with sources.

Agree it is better if no one sees him enter his property. Impossible if cycling as GH had no street lighting.

I've read it.

This guy forgot to throw a, silencer away and told a woman he planned to dump his murderous plans.

A stretch to suggest he'd turn his phone down.

He was lambasted by the prosecution at trial for not phoning 999 and leafing through a yellow pages for the number or Chelmsford police station. This is all times approx and without telecom evidence.

If telecom evidence had existed and it would have, shown a gap however small the police would have used it against him in my opinion. Probably if anything saying " You made a fake call, yourself "

If call times could be traced, the 16 minute gap between answering his own call and ringing the police can be covered.

Ringing his AM, the gap would be longer.

I can see where Adams coming from.

But a gap for me especially a timestamped one would come under heavy scrutiny.

It took DI Wilkinson 35 minutes to cycle the sea wall. You believe Jeremy went via the sea wall.

He would put the volume on silent if he had decided to answer his own call.

Pity he didn't know about back spatter.

Answering his own call at 'around 3.10am' and then ringing the police at 3.26am can be covered.

Letting his AM answer will mean a longer gap.

EP, the relatives & many guilters believe he cycled The Sea Wall. Believe it would take 15 mins going at a good pace. As Julie's WS says.

No ILB Adam is saying JB rings his phone from WHF lets it ring till he cycles back to his cottage then answers it when he is ready.

So there would be no gap between the two calls, just 2 minutes or so while the line resets .

Minutes until the phone re sets.

He then rang Julie to tell her 'everything is going well'.

He said he then looked through Yello Pages. As you do!

It was to rope her in as an accessory. He claimed Nevill telephoned at 3:10 and he, Jeremy, telephoned police at 3:26, a time he later put back to 3:36. Why, in an emergency situation, is there a time lag?

But DI Wilkinson undertook it and recorded it took him 35 minutes.

In fairness you would have compare the fitness levels of Jeremy Bamber and DI Wilkinson

Maybe Jane can answer as she lives in the vicinity.

But doesn't telecom show call made, and call connected if this is JBs thinking?

JB has to to have his goldhanger phone on the cradle.

AI -

'In 1985, BT could not routinely track how long a phone rang before being answered'.

Helpful to Jeremy.

In 1985 Jeremy had everything available to answer his own call. If he chose to.

Phones that can be put on silent when ringing.

A call that won't be cut off.

BT not able to track how long a phone rang before being answered.
