It would have been handy to ask the original members of CID if they recollect anything about the AM. But most if not all are dead.

Don't believe Wilkes or CAL make any mention of it.

I think there is something in one of the books about JB taking an AM from SC's flat and using it at GH.  But its a completely moot point.  If you have time to waste with Adam going round in circles about AM's, whether or not he could see to cycle along the sea wall, whether he would drop a bollock or two hitting any pot hole etc, etc be my guest.

The only thing that can help JB 40 years post conviction is as Patrick O'Connor said in the Louis Theroux documentary:

Patrick O'Connor, Barrister, Doughty Street Chambers: "It will have to be a slam dunk.  It will have to be something of a blockbuster piece of evidence to have a chance"

Note the last three words "to have a chance".  Even with a slam dunk/blockbuster piece of evidence JB is fighting an uphill battle.  The sort of material JB is submitting to the CCRC is nothing more than a complete joke.  The CCRC must be pi**ing themselves.

The slam dunk is the fight and defence wounds on Sheila / June. It's been around since 2016. But in reality it has been in existence since 07.08.85.

More nonsense from you.  I think you should relinquish your position as moderator and allow me to take over.

Fight and defence wounds that a world class pathologist like Prof Knight for the defence overlooked on soc images but that 'Bill' identified with his magnifying glass he purchased for £1 from Poundstretcher  ::)

I don't argue that JB bought one post murders nor do I argue NB would not phone an AM.  I have always said there is no evidence JB had an AM pre murders.

A tiktok vid produced by JB and his support people saying he had one 40 years after the event is not evidence.

I said he may have had one post murders which he may have purchased or if SC had one he may have taken it from her flat to use at his cottage.  The latter I believe was in one of the books.  He had a lot of calls to deal with: 5 x funerals and probate.

And your claim that people don't wake upon hearing a phone ring a few times is rubbish evidenced by the fact the GPO offered a service whereby they would make alarm calls for the sole purpose of waking people.

See Jean Rowe's WS:

"I didn't listen to the line at all this time as I was engaged in making alarm calls and other British Telecom services"

So you believe Nevill would have phoned Jeremy at 3.00am even if he had an AM.

Agree people wake up from ringing phones at 3.00am. Eventually if sleeping 'like a log'. No one disputes Nevill would have had to wait several minutes for Jeremy to eventually lumber downstairs. If his AM was switched off.

I know exactly what type of strength of evidence it would take overturn JBs convictions.

I am on an internet forum discussing a case I have an interest in. Whether Jeremy Bamber spends his natural life in prison or not won't make a blind bit of difference to me, you, Adam etc. So I'm not wasting time as I'm not a loved one of JB, and I'm not representing him in any official capacity. What we talk about on here is forum fodder.

I've referenced on many occasions I believe Jeremy will spend the rest of his life inside.

He wasn't there.

He has been a cat A prisoner for almost 40 years.

He has very limited access to the outside world.

He lacks research tools to undertake a deep dive into his case.

He surrounds himself with cranks, criminals and the misguided who fill his head with nonsense.

My reasons for believing JB innocent were formed entirely through my own research based on the following:

- Blood evidence
- SC's person and nightdress
- The soc around SC
- SOC reconstruction
- June's severe depression pre and post adopting SC and SC suffering an attachment disorder as a result

In fact if I only listened to JB and the cranks, criminals and misguided he surrounds himself with I would probably think him guilty.

What criminals does he surround himself with who act for him in an representative capacity.

Accept he is surrounded by criminals. He is himself is a convicted one and is a CAT A prisoner. ( although was B many years back)

JB claims he is a victim of a horrendous double whammy, losing his entire family in atradgedy and losing his freedom.

The only slam dunk is something which renders the original verdict unsafe.
