Yes I noted this claim in the docu.  Where can this be evidenced?

The AE notes were shown in the programme. HB has a recording of of DB saying that EP took his SM and he references that his father also had a similar model. Whilst he does not say his father's was also taken it would be a stretch to argue that they only took DB's and not his dads since it would be poor work by EP to not include all SM's owned by the family.

Yes I know something was displayed on the programme resembling AE's notes but I cannot locate on the notes we have here on the forum so I am asking for the evidence? 

My understanding is that the defence has always known that the relatives possessed a number of identical/similar silencers.  I believe these were forensically examined during 85/86.  It needs to be remembered that the defence strategy at trial was that SC used the silencer two kill her parents and children before removing it and shooting herself.  The defence claimed the blood represented an initimate mix of NB and June's.

You will need to contact the CT since we do not have access to this document. The defence did as far as I know did not have access to this evidence at the trial. It may have come to light with subsequent disclosures. We all know that lack of disclosure is a major feature of MOJ's

And many of us know that the CT/JB fight fire with fire by withholding for example the statement of reasons produced by the CCRC.

In that case I agree with Rob that she would have left the silencer next to her.

The defence narrative at trial does support Sheila putting on a silencer while everyone slept. Prior to shooting everyone in bed.

This would mean it is a mixture of June & Nevill's blood in the silencer.

However after realising Sheila could not shoot herself with the silencer on, she would have just left it next to her. Espescially if the raid team were inside WHF!

It was not just Davidson who said the bible was moved, members of the armed police who entered the house also said this.

The bible resting slightly on Sheila's arm led people to say this is proof Bamber staged the scene, so is a very important aspect of the case.

They are in the driving seat. We are passengers in this journey. They must act in the way they see fit. There may be ongoing work to challenge the PSOR which they wish to keep from the public domain. Their necks are on the line so we must accept the crumbs we are fed.

I do agree the bible needs to have been moved pre photos. It is in a very incriminating position. 

Putting it in that position is the sort of mistake Jeremy would make. But Davidson claimed Cook picked it up. Forty years later.
