Those not sure - ILB and others - why are you not sure that Jeremy is guilty?

(ILB, you give me the impression that you lean towards innocence).

Although I have only been on this forum for a few years or so. I gather you are on the fence, although I don't recall you saying why. In particular, why are you not a guilter?

ILB, if it is just doubts about Julie, well, even in the absence of her witness testimony, there is the silencer evidence and other people said that he talked about killing his parents.

The nightdress shows she could not have shot anyone. As it had no GSR.

The silencer shows she could not have shot herself.

So she fired no shots.

Dan.

I am aware of the silencer.

There is Jeremy v Julie.

RB is the only person who mentioned he said he could kill his parents. This is a conversation not witnessed by anybody else.

Mugford supported Jeremy until he made it clear he didn't want to be with her anymore.

Why don't you take the silencer as proof that it wasn't Sheila?

Because of the suspicious circumstances or it been found by benificaries.

Do you think the family could have fabricated the blood in the silencer?

If Sheila had bashed her father, using a bloodied hand, with the silencer, her blood would naturally have been on it. It's the logical way I see it anyway.

Hi Lookout did you see the documentary last night on channel 5?

Several experts all agree the two contact shots to Sheila were fired without a silencer attached to the rifle.

So the silencer evidence was faked which we always knew anyway.

There were two points about the SM which raise serious questions as to it's authenticity. The first is that AE made notes about blood in the SM before the date the family said it was found. The second was the suggestion by DB that EP took his SM and his subtle suggestion that they may also have taken his fathers who had the same blood type as SC.

The pictures showing two records of SM's was also telling.

Yes I noted this claim in the docu.  Where can this be evidenced?
