The police would have to have asked the raid team to give false WS's.

There's every possibility that two people had removed Nevill from " blocking any entrance "by safely laying him down, unbeknowns, by against the handles of the Aga which would have been hot to the touch let alone the skin of a deceased person.

He laid on the aga for several hours, woke, rang Jeremy, then got attacked again and fell onto the coal scuttle.

The CT cannot support this. As it is not showing the police or raid team moved Nevill & then lied about it.

All the CT should be doing is producing evidence to the CCRC that proves JB's innocence, Adam!
Lets just say that the CT convince the CCRC that the police did move Nevill from the Aga to the coal scuttle after entry, how would that prove that JB is innocent? fact is, it wouldn't, as it could be argued that JB simply shot Nevill to death and left him lying against the Aga before he left the WHF around 2.30!
Maybe JB and his legal team think that if they can prove that the crime scene was tampered with, it would follow that they could claim the silencer was tampered with/fabricated too? Who knows what their plan is?

It would be interesting to see documentation that the burn marks are an exact match to the aga points.

It would also need to be shown that the aga door would produce enough heat and that Nevill's body was compatible with falling into the required position.

All there is now is Boyce's suggestion video from years ago.

Proof of these would be compelling. Even to me -
