Wonder what Jeremy thinks about his detractor base.

Wonder what Jeremy thinks about his detractor base.

That depends on whether Jeremy has convinced himself he is innocent and has forgotten about the murders or whether he remembers them.

Wasn't there an article written some years ago claiming that Jeremy mimicked his sister's voice in front of other inmates? I can't recall the full details.

I posted both Jeremy and Julie's trial transcripts they were taken down.

Yes. They should be put back on here. Its not like Bill owns the copyright to them.

Blood relations said that the defence hired a psychiatrist to examine Bamber who said that what Bamber had done was so awful he'd pushed it to the back of his mind so far it had "dropped off" and he no longer believed it.

I am sure he remembers every thing from what ever side you believe. It was a life changing event for him.

He himself prides himself on never being instituionlised.

That would have been an interesting interview.

Given at the time he was on remand.

It reflected the gloom of the chambers given the cold hard facts.

That report would be very interesting - Jeremy will have a copy in his cell. Something else that will never see the light of day.

It's interesting in the sense that it was pre trial and organised by the defence.

He must have said something pretty outrageous things for the psychiatrist to label him a psychopath.

I was under the impression the psychiatrist in question had never met Bamber, but was an armchair diagnostician.

I have no idea of the authenticity of what happened as it is in Wilkes book and quoted without sources.  ( it may be listed as sourced elsewhere )

I don't know why they even called a psychiatrist for him. His mantra was " Im an Innocent man who has lost my family " He was claiming total innocence. This was pre trial.

My understanding is that it was a pretrial assessment.
