Do you plan to make any submission to the CCRC yourself?

No

Difficult case to prove innocence especially 40 years on.

Jez has, the blood of the alternative suspect in the moderator

Jez has a ex girlfriend who suggests he gave a running commentary on a pre plan before the event and after.

Peter Sullivan was acquitted by Dna.

Jeremy doesn't have this option. Which quashes 21st century convictions in this day and age.

I think you'd better ask Adam.

The nightdress was destroyed in 1996.

Although the case wasn't live, it seems different police forces have different rules in regards to storing exhibits.

What new evidence do you think CC has on it that in her words 'shows Sheila is the perp' ?

It was very damaging to Jeremy before it was destroyed 30 years ago.

At the moment I think it is just a soundbite from her.

How do you know something is going to happen on 1st may, Adam?
Has the CT made an announcement or something?

That is when my PSOR becomes a full refusal.

Page 1 rejects all 5 of CC's proposed grounds to the CCRC in a PSOR. No new evidence was produced.

CC has until the 1st May 2026 to successfully challenge this with new evidence.

I think it's a Public Service Information Request.

PSOR is 'Provisional Statement of Reasons'.

Jeremy had one last year from the CCRC. A PSOR for there refusal of 4 grounds.

CC's 5 proposed grounds has had a PSOR from me. As no new evidence was provided. She has until the 1st May 2026 to respond.

At the moment do not need to be a legal eagle to do this. CC has provided no new evidence!

Wasn't the defence theory at trial that with ritualistic cleansing shelia had changed from her day clothes to nightwear.

Given that the crime was treated as murder sucide were the clothes shelia was wearing in the day  destroyed very quickly?

I'd say it's a given. Murder/suicide. Done and dusted. Why hang on to the detritus? No need to keep it as a constant reminder to the family. Get rid asap. Which is exactly what happened.
