Nope it’s after the event, it will be one that Bird took on his visits after the Murders.  It’s under the title case  related photos.

Why on earth would Bird return to take photos. Where is evidence of this in his log book. In any case he went on holiday soon after the event and according to him went to take other samples 9-11 September. This was his first return after the original 3 day investigation and the house being returned to the family.

Not if the white object or jeans had been put on top of the cushions and blood continued to drip from his wounds. They later move them to be around the scuttle.
Do you think June put the white Jeans on top of the pillow to rest his head on before prayers?

Do you think Nevill called Jeremy while Sheila was upstairs. Or after he had been shot 4 times?

All the physical evidence at soc supports NB phoning JB and dropping the phone upon hearing SC open fire on June who was evidently prone in bed.

The jeans are blue and the white object looks like some find of towel

He took photos of the underside of the mantle piece on the 12th I thought was the 11th but after checking I think it’s the 12th.  Probably had a fry up and stained the carpet while he was there.

Cooking utensil, who was cooking weeks after the event?

Here is another view certainly looks lived in. Some new cushions, note pad on table. Documents etc in the unit to the rear. More evidence of other carpet stains. Hardly looks like just after a quick clean up. There are other photos in the case related file which are clearly long after the event. See below. Just because the photos are in a case related file does not cut it

The head of the body had severe
damage and there was a pool of blood near the base of the coal scuttle.
I was aware that there were further blood SPLASHES on the floor and on the kitchen units.

So you believe Nevill phoned Jeremy after Sheila went upstairs with the rifle.

Do you think he would hear Sheila shooting June?

Why do you think he went upstairs unprotected after hearing shots?

Since your so knowledgeable produce evidence that it was him that took photos of the mantle piece. Cook Davidson and Miller were together on the 14th September and went to WHF to look at and sample the paint surround of the Aga. They wanted to see AE and JB gave permission No sign of Bird.

I do not question/dispute this its in reports.

AE alerted Cook, Miller and Jones to the scratches on the underside of mantle piece on the 14th of August.

If I remember correctly, the photos of the scratches were not taken until September.

Correct David, Bird went on the 12th of Sept.

Correct David, Bird went on the 12th of Sept.

So the photo you say was taken after the AE clear up could have been taken over a month later. So I was right in my assertion that the photo used by you was much older than you were claiming and the dates I gave for his attendance were accurate to within a day. Other photos show multiple stains on the carpet so to claim it was related to blood flow from around the skuttle is nonsense
