So if we summarise, it’s not the same height,  it’s not the same heat which cannot be replicated anyway, it’s not a like for like Aga, and it’s not the same skin, But everything can be different,  as long as the conclusion stays the same.  Free Bamber at any Cost?

Well, I guess such will please Snow as it seems to be his only concern.

Very wise decision, Bubo,  without  evidence, the position simply isn’t attainable and falls completely Flat.

1 If you want we can discuss the use of pig skin, I did some research… Pig skin can illustrate how heat affects tissue, At best it shows possibility,  but not proof.

Take into account the age of Neville, the thickness of skin and fat he was carrying, muscle distribution.

So how would the Courts look at the use of Pigskin, they would certainly ask…… Was the heat level established on the Aga on the night,  Was contact made and for how long,    Was the body position of Neville established and was the exact height of the Aga’s the same, Courts don’t work on roughly the same height, especially when Body contact is being examined.

And that’s before they ask, who moved him 😂😂🙈

I have also researched pig skin in a legal context and agree as per 1 above.

However it can be used in some situations.

Pig models may help understand mechanisms or validate forensic methods, but they cannot replace examination of the deceased in any legal context.

Courts require:

Direct findings from the human body. Available.

Expert interpretation based on human pathology (has he presented his findings to a medical professional)

Evidence that is specific to the case. (it is)

Pig skin experiments may be cited in expert testimony as supporting literature but they are not evidence about the injuries on a particular person. We have photos of a particular person with what look like burns but this remained unresolved at trial and in several witness statements

In this case they would IMO require additional evidence that the body had been moved or evidence suggesting that other evidence has been manipulated for illegal purposes.

It is impossible to verify this information and just provides another 'rabbit hole'

As I said we will need to wait for any outcome to this issue.

Given that Nevill's head was placed in a coal skuttle, I can only assume it was. I'd previously believed it to be oil conversion, which even now, can't be totally eliminated. I note that there was no log basket which could rule out a wood burner, but it was the height of summer.

They had a very large coal shed. It was also where Bruce the Labrador was kept. They did not have an oil tank.

Typical catty response. What makes you post like this. Are you seeking attention? Others may say it is you who has a posting problem. Such a sad individual who needs to behave in this way. Posting issue resolved.

Lets suppose A/PS Woodcock (assuming he is still alive) goes to the BBC and makes a statement:

I would like to make a statement about the White House Farm murders which took place on 7th August 1985.  Myself and my officers made statements to the effect that we did not intefere with the scene of crime in the kitchen.  I regret to inform everyone that this is false.  Several items of furniture were moved, a bowl of sugar was knocked off the table and spilled all over the floor and perhaps more importantly Mr Bamber was moved.  Mr Bamber was not found perched on a chair with his head in the coal scuttle he was found on the floor with his back against the Aga.

I have signed below to confirm this is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.  Futhermore several officers who were also in attendance have signed below confirming the above statement.

How would any of this in any way, shape or form assist JB with the CCRC/CoA?

How would it exonerate JB?

How would it implicate SC?

How would it overcome the most compelling aspects of the case against JB eg a flake of blood supposedly found inside the silencer matching SC's blood groups?

How would it overcome 'evidence' presented at trial by Malcolm Fletcher from FSS that had SC been the killer he would have expected to have found gun oil on her nightdress when there was none?

How would it overcome 'evidence' presented at trial by Malcolm Fletcher from FSS that had SC been the killer he would have expected to have found black marks on her hands when there were none?

How would it overcome 'evidence' presented at trial by Brian Elliott from FSS that had SC been the killer he would have expected her hand swabs to present with higher levels of lead than they did?

I agree, to replicate the actual injury to a persons skin/body from photo’s would be very hard using Pigskin.

The Burden of proof now sits with Bamber, and it’s actually a lot higher than before, and with what I’ve seen this doesn’t even come close?  I could be wrong, but looking at the demonstration doesn’t fill you with confidence,  and then we have to prove Police involvement?

Don't let Cutie put you off Bubo, she’s in a foul mood with the dry January/February,  added to the climb down of the Santa Stan climbing through the window theory and UTD looking so poor and average, we need to help her through this crisis.

Snow will bounce back I’m sure Jane, he’s made of sterner stuff, he’s took a battering over the last few days, he should do the honourable way out now and wave the white Flag on the Aga stance.
