There's no evidence Nevill Bamber recieved four shots before speaking to JB.

There is nothing 40 years on conclusively to dispel or prove he did or didn't recieve a phonecall.

The technology simply didn't exist.

The prosecution " Won't complain to the judge "

The evidence is Nevill & June were shot 9 times in bed. Nevill, June & Sheila found bare footed in sleeping attire. A fully fit Nevill would also instantly negate Sheila.

The defence have to start at the beginning of the evidence - first 9 shots. Then fit in Nevill's aledged call after this.

The defence cannot invent a long conversation. Supporters have tried on forums & it makes Bamber look more guilty.

AI

No, the defence (or anyone else involved in a trial) cannot invent a conversation. All evidence presented in court must be factual and truthful. Inventing a conversation would be considered fabricating evidence, which is a serious criminal offense, potentially leading to charges such as perjury or perverting the course of justice.

The only window where Nevill called Jeremy (aledged evidence)  is after his 4 bed shots (evidence) & before the kitchen attack (evidence).

He can't burn Nevill's back before the 4 bed shots. Nevill would over power him.

You can't torture someone who is dead or knocked out.

Again your speaking for somebody else.

I've had two trials and I've just quoted AI again but it won't let me upload the answer haha.

Bambers framing the burns as he was suspected of torturing him.

In fairness he can't say " I would never conduct s signs of life test "

Because there's no way Shelia would do so. Too clinical.

The defence had a very narrow window where Nevill calls Bamber.

The prosecution should have exploited Nevill's time limits more. But focused on him having difficulty speaking & there was no blood on the phone.

The no blood on the phone is good. There was blood on the hallway carpet. The amount of time Nevill would be on the phone, there should be blood in and around the phone.

Narrow window?

The phone was on a counter I would have expected blood on that however how much amount.

He had time to phone him so would have been either standing over leaning near.

Believe the prosecution also said Nevill would have phoned 999 instead.

People from both sides can invent conversations. The defence at trial couldn't.

I don't believe the defence scenario is strong as I don't believe Nevill would start phoning Jeremy after him & June had been shot 9 times. But the defence had no choice.

For Jeremy's account to be plausible no gun shots have had to not have taken place before Nevill phoned him.

" Has the gun " Has to literally mean that, on an episode and Nevill wants some kind of assistance
