The burns were caused between shots 5-8 or after shot 8. This was also after Bamber's brutal kitchen attack. So quite possoble after death.

No reason he would beat Nevill after death.

You can't speak for what a guy would and wouldn't do.

You could be right ILB about Bamber,  FREEDOM BID UK’s longest-serving woman prisoner who knifed love rival could soon be released after 40 years in jail,   She was told she would serve at least 11 years — but is still behind bars after refusing to attend rehabilitation programmes.

She was offered accommodation if authorities could track her, but she turned it down. She's a psychopath, a bully in prison and intimidating presence, having no remorse for the crime she committed, even if it is so long ago.

There definitely is a marked difference in injuries before and after death, though it's up to a coroner at the post mortem to verify this difference. I think firstly, we're all intelligent enough to realise that a deceased person doesn't bleed, regardless of the depth of injury and a coroner would say at the time which injuries occurred during life and death.
Has there ever been such information put forward regarding inquests ?
The CT say that Nevill was moved from the Aga to the scuttle after entry and his head was cut on the rim and started bleeding again, they say blood stays liquid after death,
What do you make of that claim, Lookout?

You don't have to invent a long conversation just an alternative theory that he spoke to Jeremy Bamber before he received the first four shots.

The defence can't do that at trial. The prosecution will complain to the judge say are inventing things without evidence.

Appreciate 40 years later people do so on social media.

What did the CCRC said about the previous claim from Bamber that the marks were caused by the heated barrel without the silencer?
I dont really know, Jonathan, you tell me?

He couldn't burn Nevill's back before shots 1-4.

Agree he may have hit Nevill more than he needed to in the kitchen attack. Due to being hyped up.

Snow, ,have you never wondered why you, and others, and the CT, keep making suggestions? I suspect it's because none of you wants to accept JB 's guilt, ergo you all root around in the dark trying to find something which might, possibly, perhaps, maybe, get picked up by someone/anyone and worked on. This far, nothing anyone has found, in 40 years, points to his innocence, whilst much, insisting their words, makes liars out of innocent people.

Clearly, from your last post, Aga burns never entered the consciousness of anyone connected to the case.............and it's taken Boyce, having had one theory rejected, the best part of 40 years to come up with. If such was so obvious, why was that, do you think?
If JB were to confess tomorrow I would just say gee whizz, imagine that, oh well thats that, he was guilty after all!

The CT can  make any suggestion they want, speculation doesn’t make them Pathology experts. why do you value their opinion so highly Snow?  They’re about as qualified as a Quack doctor.

There's no evidence Nevill Bamber recieved four shots before speaking to JB.

There is nothing 40 years on conclusively to dispel or prove he did or didn't recieve a phonecall.

The technology simply didn't exist.

The prosecution " Won't complain to the judge "

Bamber is the one mentioning torture.

This case was different to most because the suspect window was narrowed down to two people. Jeremy or Shelia.

By Jeremy's own narrative he fixed it this way.

Bamber is the one mentioning torture.

He can't burn Nevill's back before the 4 bed shots. Nevill would over power him.

You can't torture someone who is dead or knocked out.
