Always found it strange that no blood of Nicholas was found in the silencer.

So I don't believe Bamber would have been 'home free' if he had left the silencer next to Sheila. The blood inside it was not going anywhere & could be checked at any time.

There was also a mountain of other forensic & circumstantial evidence against him. Which he not been able to undermine.

His claim that the relatives fabricated the silencer would carry less weight if it was next to Sheila. If they found it later.

He would have to agree it was used & Vanezis would have already said Sheila recieved contact shot/s.

Although likely it was taken away as a crime scene exhibit. May have taken a few days or weeks but the combination of rifle length, contact shots & Sheila's blood would have seen EP come to the right conclusion. Stan was determined.

The only crime scene exhibits he wanted to leave were the rifle & bible. Both for obvious reasons.

He was going downstairs so put the silencer away. As far as he was concerned, it was now disposed of.

Bamber was a 24 year old farmer.

And probably not  clued up about forensics.

He didn't need to really worry about his fingerprints or his own blood being found in WHF, he could explain it away. He was there everyday.

And June and Shelia in the same room?

I thought he would have put Nevill close to the telephone.

And perhaps daubed blood on the handset.

That came up at trial. The prosecution saying there was no blood on the phone after Sheila had shot him 4 times in/by his bed.

For Bamber theory to be credible he would have needed to have been shot after speaking to him on the phone.

Knight and Vanezis testified at trial and don’t need to respond every time someone puts a YouTube experiment out, or a new podcast episode is released.  Next you will be wanting them to respond in the comment section,   Suggesting experts should be tracked down before they KICK THE BUCKET is a bit grim snow.
But the Aga evidence is actually sitting with the CCRC for scrutinization at the moment, HB!

It seems Jeremy's going down the " It was no biggie route these days " " I was used to Shelia kicking off " " Lack of urgency " " Dad would say why the fuck have you got the coppers involved "

Accept in fairness he's been cat A for 40 years.

Don't agree with Bews has a theory he wanted him to go in so they'd discover the bodies there and then.

Ironically if Jeremy had not said he didn't get on with Shelia they may have put him on the megaphone as he was her brother and used him as a way to try and get her to surrender.

They may have thought a relative would have had a more calming influence then them.

That would have been surreal.

Yes, I’m sure the CCRC are treating it very differently now it’s no longer just a YouTube production.  All actions go.

I wonder if they'll be doing their own experiments with pork crackling

Ha Ha, Boyce’s experiment is a suggestion, not proof and never will be proof,  and the CCRC deals in evidence, not YouTube productions.
