The first people to enter were the Raid Team. There WS's say Nevill's head was in a coal scuttle.

The CT better get a move on in getting a Raid Team officer to retract. Some may have died.
How did the raid team members know it was a coal scuttle, Adam? Nevills head was obscuring the contents!

Was it PC Woodcock who peered through the window and was the first to see Nevill with head inside a coal scuttle? Wasn't there something about him being propped up against a door as well?

A 6.4 15 stone Nevill lying sidways on the aga would not be mistaken for a female.

Have you changed your mind on your scenario?

It was Collins who looked through the window and mistook Nevil a 6' 4" hulk as a dark haired petite female.

Don't think he mentioned anything about being propped against a wall?

To be fair to Collins the head was obscured by the coal scuttle, with long straggly grey hair protruding therefrom.

Are those the actual words he used? "A dark haired petite female"?

No, I believe it is a possibility, Adam, but i'm open minded and listen to every other scenario too!
I just meant that it could have been logs that was in the scuttle and not coal, but I suppose you would still call it a coal scuttle anyway.

Coal scuttles do have a certain look about them that makes them scuttles for coal. It's up to their owners as to what they fill them with, but it's usually not heads!

Is your open mind open to the possibility that Bamber lifted Nevill onto the coal scuttle?

To get good head shots and burn his back.

No, I am not really open to that, Adam, because Nevill could just as easily been burned or shot lying on the floor!

What are heads, Jane? I'm not familiar with that term!

Shooting him in the head and burning his back would be easier if his head and torso was off the ground.

Does your open mind agree with the 2012 CCRC application. That Sheila lifted Nevill onto the coal scuttle to burn him?

I wasn't aware that the 2012 CCRC submission involved claims that SC lifted NB onto the coal scuttle to burn him  :o

Some people have say Nevill collapsed upon kitchen entrance.

June helped Sheila lift Nevill into multiple positions so Sheils could inflict the 40+ injuries.

June would have then helped Sheila lift Nevill onto the coal scuttle.

So not actually claimed in the 2012 CCRC submission.
