Windsurfers don't usually wear masks -

'While windsurfers don't typically wear face masks, they do often wear helmets for head protection'.

----------

Thought a windsurfers outfit was a whole body suit?

Quite possible he wore a balaclava.
Why buy a Balaclava when he already had a face covering with the head piece from the wet suit?

No statement from Jez yet about the recent chain of events.

Bamber never claimed Neville had been shot.  The Phone was always kept at Neville’s side of the bed.

Bamber couldn’t risk being identified and someone calling the police on 999 or his whole plan had failed, why do you think the bottom part of the wet suit was found in his room at the farm and the head piece (mask) was found at Bourtree cottage, he’s used the mask to cover his face?  It doesn’t matter how well you plan things, it doesn’t always work out.  He probably never thought Neville would make it downstairs so he has to adjust to suit.

When Jones asked him “Had he entered the house via windows recently”. He nodded, “Kitchen windows, scullery windows,  and downstairs toilet window and sitting room window, in the last six months, I can’t say how many times I’ve done it”. He’s covering himself because  He’s been trying the whole bottom floor  windows in the house.

He has to own up to this because, he’s not sure what the police have on him regarding fingerprints, or any farm worker who might have spotted him in the past or evidence they might have.  He’s ttrying all the windows to see which would be best to gain entry and exit after the murders, it’s not normal for this behaviour, to do it once yes and if you did it once you would make sure you didn’t have to do it again.  Even if you did it once, you would use the same window and not keep changing windows, he admitted he used a knife to get in to move the latch so why keep changing windows?

That’s why when they found that a hacksaw blade had been used recently on recently painted shower room window, he mentioned that he’d forgot his keys the weekend after his release from custody, and he used it to gain entry?  Trouble was no one checked the dates for that weekend, the 15/16 th of September,  the records from the surveillance team have him in London on them dates according to CAL?  This was never used as evidence because it wasn’t spotted till later?
Well, like most members here, you know far more details of the case than I do, HB!

The CCRC must have insisted on a back burn retest using a real live pig pushed up forcefully against the actual WHF AGA set on full blast during early August.  Subject to Ann Eaton's acceptance of unwanted JBIC intruders and the squealing of a Landrace in distress, of course.
I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and furballs.

Page 325 CAL’S book

Thanks. So not in her WS.

Julie said he dyed his hair black. AE suggests he had blackened up his face after seeing him the following morning.

Don't think he needed to do either or wear a mask. The cycle ride passed no properties. Inside WHF he would be expecting to have everyone negated before they could react.

But he may have worn a mask.

I doubt very much that he'd have worn his wetsuit top and bottoms, being far too tight, restrictive and sweaty whether walking, jogging or cycling. And these were found in his WHF bedroom anyway, so why leave bloodied evidence there?

But possibly wore the headpiece which was later discovered at Bourtree, to give a semblance of disguise. Maybe something like this one -

https://www.mundo-surf.com/en/wetsuit-hoods/6164-neoprene-cap-oneill-ninja-hood-5051678506351.html

If they are tight & restrictive, why do windsurfers and surfers wear them?

That looks like a decent mask to wear if around in 1985.

My biggest fear is that the Aga evidence has simply been thrown out by being part of issue 3, as some are suggesting, Curiosity!

Leaving the bedroom phone off the hook in the kitchen did more harm than good.

Guilters will say it is an obvious stage.

It refutes Bambers claim that the line went dead. It would only go dead if Nevill put the phone back onto the receiver.

No reason why Nevill would use his hand to end the call then leave the phone off the hook.

I think you’ve invested too much into this Snow, no disrespect to you, very hard to prove and of little value, unless it was shown that the Police moved Neville and it came with other evidence?

Yes, but usually there's the usual " the fight will go on and I'm home by Christmas message from Jeremy"

Perhaps he has been knocked for six.

Although only early sixties it's my belief that this may be the last crack of the dice for him. With four grounds gone and the remainders weak it doesn't look rosy for Jeremy Bamber.

A new challenge could take 10 years. By then JB would be mid seventies.

May have put a stocking over his head like Godfather 3.

For me I will always go by the car.

I just can't see him pissing round cycling.

Also don't agree with Adam from my research that he would have completed the sea wall journey quicker than DI Wilkinson did.

Don't know how we can say it took DI Wilkinson 35 minutes but Jeremy 16 minutes.

No one is saying 16 minutes.

20 minutes is reasonable on good flat terrain with no traffic. For 4.2 miles. He knew the route

Going by his 3.00am call to Julie he was in no hurry when cycling anyway.
