???
It's stated in the White House Farm murders that Sheila Caffell found herself "caught up in a coven of evil" and I had a similar experience last Saturday morning on the 193 bus on Wilmslow Road.

Firstly, two hoodlums brushed past my person, one carrying a Pepsi bottle the way police are trained to carry a torch, took a swig then hurled the empty plastic container to the back of the bus, where I had noted previously the usual shady character vaping periodically from under his jumper.  (I have given up reporting such an occurrence, not wishing to add workload to the already stressed driver, though why TfGM can't take responsibility themselves remains a mystery.) His sidekick, sporting some undecipherable etching on his neck (I ink, therefore I am), blasted some minor key Islamic charivari from some modern apparatus, humming tunelessly along.

To top it all a young Caucasian couple boarded shortly thereafter, chavs in all but name, her gut hanging out of some cheap costume, pierced belly button, whilst he, clad in grey attire, sported the ubiquitous hoodie and gormless expression, proceeding likewise to the rear, rapping on the window ferociously in the process. I shuddered at the thought of any offspring those two might produce.

It was simply too much for me, and I alighted at Fun Frogs Day Nursery, my sanity intact, whilst I waited for the next bus in what usually happens to be a quite acceptable transport service.

I would like to think that I displayed great fortitude in adversity.
