I wonder if Jeremy might never get a decision from the CCRC.
In March 2021, a 1,000+ page dossier was submitted, containing 8 grounds with multiple issues within each grounds and with the issues being "inter-linked".
As Bamber has had 3 prior appeals followed by the CCRC being asked to review his case again during 2004-2011, during which the CCRC went over many issues when faced a Judicial Review application (twice) in 2012, the CCRC has to go through this lengthy 1,000+ page dossier in light of everything which has been considered before.
Since March 2021, other two issues has been added, one of which was Boyce's Aga burns theory, plus other material, including the New Yorker article, arguments to do with the silencer not having a label and now this "anonymous" police officer who has blown the whistle and made a Witness Statement.
The CCRC are due to make a decision on the three main grounds about now and if the decision in unfavourable, the CCRC will provide a Provisional Statement of Reasons to which Bamber's lawyers can make further representations.
I think the submissions and legal arguments could just go on forever and ever and ever....
