Why do you dispute he had an AM? He admits having one!
Why would his CT say he had one if he denied having one!
- AE makes ref to calling Bourtree repeatedly on morning of 7th Aug upon hearing there was something going on at WHF. No mention of an AM
- AE questions how long it would take JB to reach his phone to take any call from NB at circa 3.30am. She makes ref to the flex on the phone, its location etc. No mention of an AM.
- JM makes no ref to an AM
- DS Jones interrogates JB over and over about the phone calls. If there was any evidence JB had an AM you would expect him to use it against JB eg why wasn't it switched on or why didn't it kick in? Why wasn't it switched on after circa 10pm call to JM? Would he turn it on when he left for work?
- The prosecution case against JB relied heavily on the phone calls. If there was any evidence JB had an AM it would have been used against him.
- The fact JB states, decades after the event, he had an AM is not reliable evidence he had an AM pre-murders set against the above.
- The fact his CT/Emma Morris state he had an AM, decades after the event, he had an AM is not reliable evidence he had an AM pre-murders set against the above.
