Jeremy Bamber had a AM at the material time.
Jeremy Bamber states he switched his AM off when in the himself as a matter of habit. Feasible in the sense that as he was in to take calls he didn't need it switched on
Bambers AM was a Panasonic tape deck style AM.
Jeremy Bamber could have answered a phone call from his father despite him having an AM even if it was switched on. Calls take time to go to the AM and I believe Nevill could have redialled using memory or a handset redial facility. People wake up to the phone in the middle of the night. Non sensical to suggest otherwise.
Never once in the entire realms of the case was the AM put to Bambers detriment. Adam is mistaken when he says this is in the cross, I have the transcript. It is never mentioned at all.
Never mentioned in interviews with EP.
Can only arrive at the conclusion that EP didn't clock it or found it a moot point, I suspect the latter for reasons I have explained.
The AM is not incriminating.
