Putting the AM to bed.
« on: April 04, 2025, 09:16:PM »
Jeremy Bamber had a AM at the material time.

Jeremy Bamber states he switched his AM off when in the himself as a matter of habit. Feasible in the sense that as he was in to take calls he didn't need it switched on

Bambers AM was a Panasonic tape deck style AM.

Jeremy Bamber could have answered a phone call from his father despite him having an AM even if it was switched on. Calls take time to go to the AM and I believe Nevill could have redialled using memory or a handset redial facility. People wake up to the phone in the middle of the night. Non sensical to suggest otherwise.

Never once in the entire realms of the case was the AM put to Bambers detriment. Adam is mistaken when he says this is in the cross, I have the transcript. It is never mentioned at all.

Never mentioned in interviews with EP.

Can only arrive at the conclusion that EP didn't clock it or found it a moot point, I suspect the latter for reasons I have explained.

The AM is not incriminating.

The AM is very incriminating.

Together with -

The forensic evidence.

The circumstantial evidence.

Julie.

Sheila's 20% condition.

Motives.

Only alive suspect.

Opportunity.

Perfect travel option.

Arrest.

Charge.

Conviction.

Failed appeals.

40 years in prison.

Arrest.

Charge.

Conviction.

Failed appeals.

40 years in prison.

And denied for 40 years and still fighting.

You've listed a process many a MOJ finds themselves in

He could have answered if it was switched on!

No he couldn't.

AE said it would take 2-3 minutes to get downstairs.

And that is after he (maybe) wakes from a downstairs ringing phone.

The AM is not incriminating.

If JB had an AM pre murders it would have been incriminating and certainly would have been pored over.  It wasn't incriminating or pored over because he didn't have one pre murders.

Telephones 66. There were normally four telephones at White House Farm (although there was only one telephone line). A cream old-fashioned finger-dial telephone kept in the main bedroom (the bedroom telephone), a blue digital telephone in the first floor office (the office telephone), a cream cordless telephone kept in the kitchen but used around and outside the house (the cordless telephone) and a fawn digital telephone also kept in the kitchen (the kitchen telephone). The only telephone with a memory recall feature was the cordless telephone but this had been faulty and was collected for repair on the morning of 5 August 1985.

The cream old-fashioned finger-dial phone usually kept in the main bedroom was in the kitchen on the night of the murders.

If Bamber had his bedroom door shut, doubt he would hear the phone let alone wake from it.

But supporters will give him the benefit of the doubt for the 250th time.

The other incriminating thing is he can phone his AM from WHF. Although could have answered his own phone instead.

As usual, options.

NB owned Bourtree and would be able to phone the property from memory of his the phone number.

The AM is not incriminating at all, he could easily answer a phone call by being awoken and he quantified his practice was to switch it off when in.

Bamber says he had an AM, you just have to accept it.

Not sure what Nevill being able to phone GH from memory means.

AM's, 1571 & Voicemail are 24/7 devices.

But appreciate Bamber has no choice but to say he switched it off.

And supporters have no choice but to agree.

You certainly changed your tune after the J4J video.
