Only in your non qualified mind

No in the mind of the pathologist who carried out the pm's.  And unlike the marks on NB's back the gunshot wounds were important since they were the cause of death.

Agree the gunshots were the cause of death.

The kitchen attack and infliction of 40+ injuries knocking him out after the first 4 shots.

The view that Nevill being shot 8 times & receiving 40+ other injuries meant that no signs for life checks were needed is contradictory.

The requirement of 8 shots & 40+ other injuries show exactly why signs of life checks were needed.

Pulse checks are unreliable. As previously posted.

I do agree with Guest29835 that Nevill was not in bed or in the bedroom long enough for blood to drip onto his bed or onto the carpet.

It was a rifle for shooting rabbits.

NB was not shot in the bedroom evidenced by way of the totality of the soc evidence: blood stains and lack of, casings, distance of shots, trajectories and wound tracks.

The first shots fired 5/6 were inflicted against June when she was in bed with the shooter stood at the bottom of the bed.  NB sustained his 4 upstairs gunshot wounds when stood on the stairs immediately proceeding the main bedroom evidenced by the blood stains and lack of, casings, distance of shots, trajectories and wound tracks.

The soc evidence clearly shows the shooter was in the bedroom with NB coming up the stairs lending support to JB's claim of a phone call ie NB on the phone to JB with the shooter going upstairs, opening fire on June, NB hearing the gunshots and dropping the phone to go upstairs where he sustained his facial gunshot wounds from the shooter firing out onto the landing.

You are on your own here.

Me and CAL/EP believe Bamber opened fire on June from June's side of the bed.

Nevill managed to react & avoid 4 face/head shots in bed.

Nevill getting downstairs. Bare footed in his sleeping attire.

I might be on my own here but unlike you, CAL/EP I have the physical soc evidence on my side as recorded and photographed.

No Adam this is close to what I think happened, I think others have similar views as well.

We all agree Nevill was bare footed and in his sleeping attire.

Ditto Sheila & June.

So am I at night time, I would have even less on than Nevil.

It is a shame a qualified pathologist examined the body and said they were 'distinct burns'.

Bamber has wasted time between 2004-2012 and 2021-present with the CCRC on the basis they were burns.

Who is on record saying it was rifle barrel

‘I’ve thought about this a lot, with the benefit of another twenty-eight years’ experience. If you put something hot against fairly thick clothing, you’re more likely to burn the skin than the clothing because of the properties of the skin. If you pushed a rifle against someone’s back, that would fit in very nicely with the gun having already been fired and the muzzle still being hot when touching the back... I think it’s the gun pressed against his skin.

More of you taking things literally  ::)

Dr Vanezis would not even commit to say the rifle caused the non-gunshot wounds to NB.  Now you think he is saying the marks were caused by the barrel of the rifle and not the silencer  ::)

Dr Vanezis also said in your quote above about the gun having already been fired and the muzzle still being hot when touching the back.  And yet Boyce's experiments show the rifle did not get hot enough through firing alone to burn skin.
