Had a read this morning, I like the satire

Haven't subscribed yet but had a browse and viewed the limited versions of what's on there. Looks to be some interesting stuff.

The CCRC are making a preliminary decision on the main 3 grounds of the 2021 submission in March next year. That could result in a CoA referral or (more likely in my opinion) giving his lawyers the opportunity to make further submissions.

The Campaign Team are planning a protest in May, so that tells you all you need to know.

Don't understand why he has blurred the eyes out of the people involved in the case.

He seems to be in contact with Jeremy though on a regular basis.

I can see him getting another referral, but getting knocked back at the COA.

Just a hunch more than anything.

Where does it say this?

What are they protesting about in 6 months time? They have already protested about non disclosure & the CCRC.

Sorry, the last two paragraphs are my comments. The protest in May seems to be about general CCRC failures and they are angry that the CCRC has not (yet) interviewed Milbank following the New Yorker article. It seems a bit silly to me because in theory the CCRC could refer Jeremy's case in March and the CCRC haven't said that they won't interview Milbank, it's just they haven't done so yet - precisely because they are too busy wading through the 1,000 page submission which was made in March 2021.

Here is Simon Kelly of the Campaign Team on X and reposting the X to Facebook:

Good stuff Roch!

Thanks Snow

Just to let you all know, there is a recent blog about the forums and Facebook sites.  It's called the red pill and the blue pill.
