I don't believe Sheila got June to help her move Nevill.

Also do not believe he fell into that position.

I don't believe the police moved him.

Jeremy had the strength, time & reasons to move him.

The doc maker believes Nevill was initially pulled away from the hot Aga by the police before being proped up on chair/Aga for a bit of 'gallows humour'! Or possibly put into that position to support 'murder/suicide.

Nevill was ultimately shot four times in the head by his son when he had ceased to resist and his head was supported by the coal scuttle's mouth, as evidenced by the amount of blood streaming down its side and pooling on the floor, period.

The doc maker explains the discrepancies with the Aga handle spacings, they claim this has to do with Nevills head being pushed forward while against the Aga as opposed to the morgue photos when Nevill is lying flat on his face.

That only leaves the possibility that the Aga burns were caused before Nevill ended up on the scuttle or the Aga didn't make the marks at all.

And Nevill has been placed on top of the trousers mopping up the blood.
Also, there is a chair behind the door which leaves very little room to enter the kitchen, and when the raid team did enter they would have caused the chairs and Nevill to topple over. As I say, stuff like that, you would need to read it!

The raid team WS's say upon entry they have to turn right into the kitchen. So plenty of room to avoid Nevill.

They comment on Nevill being on the coal scuttle and the damage to the back of his head.

Agree Nevill was put into that position. Bamber was strong enough to do that.

I think it is more likely Snow that Nevil was against the Aga earlier on? I am sure a read a statement that said the police struggled to enter the kitchen because something heavy was behind the door?

Why would the police move Nevil? They may have dislodged him on entry and propped him back up in as similar position as they could but why move him from the Aga?

Yes, as Roch said, the doc maker has posted the full Boyce video, Rob.
It explains why there is the discrepancies in the spacings of the burn marks, which have been spoken about on the forum here. Its to do with Nevills head being tilted forward or back when he was against the Aga, cant remember which.
I think they are correct that the Aga made the burns, but like you, I dont believe the police moved the body, although this is definately the route that JB and his legal team are going down, Rob.
God knows what the CCRC will decide!
