That's Companies House and nothing to do with HMRC. Perhaps Dundee FC were not on the ball, no pun intended, with regard to due diligence. Once due diligence was carried out and/or feedback received they probably realised the guy was a total fake and had fa to offer.
Doubt very much he would have been made a director even for a short tenure without something to offer monetary.
Perhaps you need to consider his convictions.

He did. Isn't that why he was called the Devil's Advocate? I read a biography of Saddam a few years back. Iraq was progressing under him in the late 70's.
