The biggest risk with the car is it breaking down.

The car he had was a brand new astra. It had been replaced months before due to a RTA ( which Saxby ironically attended )

The car would be well maintained. A very slim chance it breaking down.

The car in the aftermath was used to drive to ST tropez! It was reliable!
