Wilkinson -

About 1 mile along from the B1023 from TD there is a well constructed private tarmacked road/farm track which eventually leads to The Sea Wall via WHF & Wyke Farm.

----------

This was already confirmed by me 2 days ago using Google Maps.

ILB agreeing yesterday after 24 hours of saying there was no path.

Seems Wilkinson is saying the whole path is tarmacked. .

Were you not talking about Adam's agenda being hidden?

Yes I was.

He states he has an interest in the case. Buying a book online, and coming to the case " with an open mind "

I don't believe that. It's hidden in my eyes because although it's obvious what he truly is he himself won't admit it.

If yesterday you hated me. Then today you can not stop the love that binds from me to you. And you to me

Many people here claim to have an open mind, but rarely argue both sides. It's obvious Adam believes Bamber guilty and he has said so.

You have your opinion, I'll have mine.

Indeed, as does Adam and it seems pretty clear to me which side of the fence he's standing.

Wilkinson -

The track from WHF leads to the Northern Sea Wall.

The Sea Wall is a well defined and level footpath about 6 feet wide. The path can be walked and cycled with ease.

----------

This is confirming what I said 2 days ago using Google Maps. Regarding the path from The Sea Wall to Pages Lane. A pity ILB spent a day denying it was there. Which was disappointing. Google Maps Satellite does not lie.

Wilkinson confirms The Sea Wall was easy to cycle.

The Sea Wall - Cycled with ease'.

This not beating around the bush.

He's not saying it was tough but possible or he had to carry the bike some of the way.

He says 'cycled with ease'.

Pretty clear you are either oblivious to what I'm insinuating or you are not and trying to be awkward for the sake of it.

In any event

He's hardly going to say " no way Bamber did this guv' when on orders from Ainsley!

The scariest thing is he probably never even did the journey himself Wilkinson.

Carte blanche

You can tell it's fake in many ways Wilkinson was CID. A task like that would be carried out by uniform a young pc.

A DI wouldn't do it, he might oversee it.

So why don't yo just say what you mean. I have no idea what agenda he's supposed to have. He's just a poster on a forum with an opinion, like you.

Don't know why ILB spent a day denying there was a cycle path from The Sea Wall to Pages Lane.

It is on Google Maps Satellite & the prosecution route. Rob agreed it was there straight away.

Both sides need to take a mature approach to the case and accept evidence.  Rather than deny it exists.

Now ILB is suggesting Wilkinson did not visit the area and made up his WS. Hopefully he retracts this today.

Hopefully he also confirms today whether he can cycle in outside darkness where he lives. I have said I could cycle for miles where I live.

I just doubt that a DI would carry out the task, he probably got a junior officer to do it and relay the findings.

Seems Wilkinson is saying the route from The Sea Wall to WHF had very good terrain - 'there is a well constructed private tarmacked road/farm track which eventually leads to The Sea Wall via WHF & Wyke Farm'.

My estimation was the farm track was as wide as a car. As Rob said, tractors need to go down farm tracks. So wide with very good terrain.

Pages Lane is designed for cars so perfect terrain for a bike.

So the prosecution cycle route -

The Sea Wall - 'Cycled with ease'.

Farm track - As wide as a car. Tarmacked.

Pages Lane - A lane for cars. Perfect terrain for a bike.
