Not surprised Hardy Boys Kommot app didn't work.

The Sea Wall doesn't look the sort of route a family of cyclists would go to for a Sunday afternoon cycle ride.

However fine for the one off night Bamber had planned.

Have you got a source the defence did agree ?

Please don't say " they didn't contest it" what was to contest? The mantra was he was at home, was innocent and didn't make any journey.

Do you have a source of any member of Bambers legal team at trial saying " yes he definatley could have gone via the sea wall "

Or any source they he could before or in the aftermath?

Thank you

The whole trial is a source. Together with the defence closing speech.

Obviously anyone can cycle in outside darkness where they have spent over 10 years. Turn all lights off where I live & I could cycle for miles.

No one believes you Adam, it's obvious you have never done it. There is a big difference between a man made road / cycleway and a rough public right of way.

I could not walk some of the public footpaths near me at night without torches.

It would be like being blind.

It's a non starter

I have never been to area. Never said I had.

Google Maps and Hardy Boy say Pages Lane merges into a wide footpath. It is the prosecution route.

Wilkinson, RB and Gunfure Graffiti say The Sea Wall terrain is good.

You said paths between fields are wide as tractors go down them.

It must be going outside your comfort zone then?

Could you not cycle outside where you live with no street, car or property lights?

Wow. I could cycle for miles.

On a isolated countryside path at 2am without a bike light a total non starter

This was the point I was trying to make earlier. Cycle tracks are designated areas for people to ride bikes. The sea wall between Goldhanger and D'Arcy was not such. Ruts, rabbit holes, styles and steps make it unsuitable by day, let alone at night with no borrowed light.

So you could cycle outside where you live in outside darkness.

Me and the prosecution disagree that it would be any different for Bamber.

But you are entitled to oppose the 39 year old prosecution stance.
