Are you saying Wilkinson's WS is a lie? Very risky. Not another member of EP in on it. A pity the defence didn't check the route.
It was a clever narrative to use.The prosecution had to come up with something to use. Over 500 people interviewed locally and nobody saw him.
The Sea Wall route is flat as far as I am concerned. Any minor hills will be cycled up & down. As you do. I don't agree Wilkinson would make a false WS which would be so easy to check for the defence. ILB is trying to create obstacles for a straight forward cycle ride.
Yes. No one saw him. That would be his aim.
I thought Wilkinson said it took 35 mins?https://jeremybamberforum.co.uk/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=4983.0;attach=35026;imageHe also said this...............https://jeremybamberforum.co.uk/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=4983.0;attach=35027;image
Or the police were just clutching at straws.
Having a dream route & just arrived bike at his cottage isn't clutching at straws in my view.
That's what I said yesterday! It cuts off one hell of a corner and minimizes the -albeit slight- risk of being seen.
I bet he didn't use a laddies sit up and Beg Bike, it would have took longer than the 35 mins he said he did it in. The quickest route was via the roads and Brook House Farm, and look t the wording he uses........Practicable........meaning able to be done or put into practice successfully.https://jeremybamberforum.co.uk/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=4983.0;attach=35027;image
He just jumped in the car hardy in my view.Adam knows this but swears by this crazy dark sea wall theory.
It's a long way around following the Sea Wall Jane, he uses the wording clever, the shortest route practicable without using main roads, doesn't mean the best route and quickest.
