Nevill was knocked out and fell against the Aga before regaining conciousness and being shot several times and beaten before slumping on the chair/scuttle where he received the final four head shots.
The only person to see Nevill lying against the Aga was Sheila,and she is dead,that is why it has taken so long to work out what made the marks.

Nothing wrong with having a theory Snow,  the CCRC don't work on idea's and theories though Snow. they work on the basis of evidence submitted and it would have a  ’real possibility’ that an appeal court would quash the conviction, otherwise it just gets binned.

They'd take a very  long time on a semi warm appliance. No need for it to be hotter than that overnight in summer.

Regained conciousness, went upstairs, put his pyjama top on, got shot 8 times, then fell head first into the coal scuttle & did not knock it over.

Its not only the scenario to incorporate the Aga marks though HB,as I have pointed out the CCRC will have to explain why JB didn't use all the information about the killings over the years to his advantage if he's guilty ie.the police moving Nevill and the Bible.
You have to consider the whole picture of what Bambers actions have been over the last 38 years,ie,wasting time paying experts to prove that the rifle barrel made the marks to Nevills back when he knew full well it was the Aga.

It certainly is HB! I left a casserole in the bottom oven for around 7 hours. It came out beautifully cooked. I could manage to take it out without oven gloves.

That's the point, Snow. It didn't burn. On an appliance,running at full heat. It was still possible for me to open the door and remove the contents from the oven with unprotected hands.

Yes,thats it HB,except I am not quite sure what you mean by overpowered Nevill?
This was the very start of things,Sheila and Nevill may have ended up arguing before she flew into a rage and lashed out unexpectedly at Nevill before he could defend himself,no overpowering as such!
