Personally, I think Mr J threatened to charge her as an accessory 'unless' she became a witness for the prosecution and it all started from there.
Agreed. She was probably told about the 'conclusive evidence' by way of the silencer and Bob's your f_____ uncle! What's the score with SJ? Wilkes makes ref to him having a daughter - apparently her pal was going gaga over JB @ trial. So I assume SJ was straight? Any whiff of cash exchanging hands? Career advancement? Extra-marital relationship(s)? Why was SJ so anti JB? Just supping an ale aptly entitled 'Legover' . Brewed by Daleside.
Morning N/N Nuns are not supposed to engage in activities that involves Legover hope you were not wearing your ankle weights I suspect SJ had a low self esteem and saw the Bamber case as a means to impress his superiors and advance his career.
Makes a change from Cripplecocks cider,I suppose.
Morning SusanThe ankle weights help keep me grounded . Using light weights is ok for resistance. They tone and help prevent osteoporosis, brittle bones etc . Does anyone know if any members of EP had personal friendships with any member(s) of JB's extended family? I'm aware of the Carr connection. AE states in her wit stat that she had not allowed herself to get emotional and had not cried but when faced with ? felt she wanted to. I think the ? from memory was one of the Carrs? How did this friendship develop? Were there others?
It was the head of the investigation,Mr Ainsley who was given the job at the caravan site. For starters.!
Plus one of the policeman's wife worked at their farm and AE said she could not look him in the face when he came to Goldhanger....I have forgotten his name...
