I didn't say those words, Snow, I did, however, concur with the poster who said them because I find it very strange that you cling to an experiment carried out by someone who isn't a burns expert, and didn't even replicate the marks on Nevill's back. I can only think you're joking.

No,I am not joking Jane, and I am sure Boyce is most certainly not joking either!
I am very optimistic the Aga evidence will have an effect on the CCRC.

How do you think Boyce's marks theory will overide the statements from the Raid team Snow and the fact Vanezis said Liver Mortis was consistant to how Neville was found.

It's that sort of comment that makes me think you have to be having a laugh/can't be serious. You must surely be aware that Boyce can't truly be said to have carried out an experiment. If he had the Aga going at full heat, how can he possibly say that the Bamber's model, at night, in the middle of summer, was the same? How can he claim that pig skin, which had entirely different marks from those Nevill had, shows what happened to Nevill? Unless it's carried out in an exact replication of the original condition, it has no more value than something done for personal interest.

Yes well,as you know,I agree with Philip Boyce that the Aga made the burns HB,but not with his claim that the police moved Nevill. I dont know why the CT are going down this route, unless they have evidence of somesort to back it up. I just dont know!

Thank you Snow.

Nevill must have had a sore head and painful back after regaining conciousness from Sheila's knock out blow.
He would definately have a sore head Adam, but his back may not have been painful if the burns were 3rd degree.

The pile of cushions for starters. Might suggest they are part of crime scene manipulation. Maybe they have had another test done by another expert. We do not know the time scale for the burns. If it was 4 hours JB could not have been in the house since he was outside with the police or on the phone to West. He would not need to move NB.

Yes,the four cushions were likely piled up after all struggling was past.
What do you mean about 4hrs Bubo? If jb left the farm around 2.30-45 doesn't that mean Nevill could have been lying against the Aga for over four and a half hours before the TFG entered?

Work backwards. 07.32 Entry. Less 4 hours 03.32. JB on the phone to West.

So who piled them up. Surely not JB. Why on earth would he do that under any circumstances. It is a ridiculous theory that just does not have a credible reason.

So,the Aga burning Nevill is indeed new evidence that wasn't available to the Jury then Cutie.
Perfect!
Perfect indeed!

Jeremys conviction rests on the prosecutions contention that the silencer was attached on the gun when Sheila was shot. Nevil being burned by an oven handle does not undermine that.

There are only two types of evidence that can lead Jeremy to the appellate court.

A) Fresh evidence that undermines the silencer
B) Fresh evidence that show Sheila's culpability

Failing that there are only two other remedies that remain.

C) Appeal on the grounds of ineffective assistance of council (This should have been done a long time ago in my opinion)
D) Get the home secretary to use its prerogative power to pardon.
