Post some evidence of guilt please, not he is guilty because he only had three seconds to get to the AM.
Evidence of guilt as follows:
It is proven that Sheila was murdered (Paragraph 518 2002 CoA).
That means that the telephone call from Nevill Bamber to Jeremy Bamber, that Jeremy Bamber said
did happen,
couldn't have happened. Therefore Jeremy Bamber lied about receiving the phone call from Nevill Bamber.
That means that Jeremy Bamber
knew that his family had been murdered, and that the phonecall was a mistaken attempt to
create an alibi, and begin the process of
framing his sister.
Until Jeremy Bamber's lawyers disprove the evidence that Sheila was murdered, then that remains the legal status of his case. He has made
no attempt to disprove this evidence either in his 2002 CoA, or his appeals to the CCRC. This indicates that Jeremy Bamber
agrees that the evidence showing that Sheila Caffell was murdered, is insurmountable, which is why he, his campaign team, and up until now, his supporters - all choose to ignore it.
And apart from paragraph 518 of the 2002 CoA, there are many, many small pieces of evidence that on their own, taken in isolation, don't mean very much. But when taken as a whole, make it very clear and very obvious that Sheila couldn't, and didn't kill herself.
And so when you add all of that up, you end up with very strong evidence, amounting to proof, that Sheila is innocent and Jeremy Bamber is guilty.
Jeremy Bamber has also spent 37 years trying to game and scam the system, by submitting fake evidence to the CCRC, from hiring career criminal Giovanni Di Stefano to fake some of the crime scene photos to make dry blood look wet, to the call logs, to the movement inside the farm and so on and so on...all faked evidence.
And all very obviously faked evidence, that has never come close to fooling the many judges and experts who have to assess this stuff.
