'Yes', that is basically what did happen in so far as that 'soft porn photograph' of 'Sheila' laid out on the bed (alone) that was taken ['quite litterally'] by the cops at the scene, and by myself when I was , making my weekly visit to see 'Ewen Smith' at his office in the centre of 'Birmingham'...

This deed of mine took place at around the time that 'Ewen Smith' had made an application to join the 'CCRC' which I was unaware of at the time! I called into see  him en route back to my home in South Yorkshire, after delivering a vehicle to Cornwall and Devon!

On my way back after doing my work at the South Coast, and military bases in Cornwall and Devon, it became a frequent event that I would visit ' Andrew Hunter, P at his place in the general Oxfordshire area, for an hour or so for a talk and tea and biscuits, and afterwards call into see 'Ewen' at his office, to update him, and for me to be updated about things that 'Ewen' had been looking into with regards to 'Jeremys' next application to seek a new appeal. I had made arrangements to  call Into see 'Andrew Hunter [ Oxfordshire area] and ' Ewen Smith' at Birmingham without having to make an appointment..

Ewen introduced me to a female senior partner in the solicitors who was leaving to set up her own business?  It was at that stage that ' Ewen ' asked her to bring the bundle of photographs which the 'CCRC' had allowed him to see the undisclosed photographic album, containing some awful images. Once his secretary arrived back in his office, she placed the pile of images on his desk (opposite to where I was seated).. she then left the office after saying 'goodbye' to us. Shortly after that  'Ewen Smith' said that he had an arranged meeting with a work colleague, informing me that he would not be back in his office within 10 to 15 minutes later. He told me to carry on looking through the previously delivered photographs and we would talk about them when he got back!

It was once 'Ewen' left his office, that I stepped around his desk and sat upon the chair he must always he been seated on, when at his desk! After adjusting my sitting position and I tentatively opened the photographic album, which had the title printed on its front cover in black embossed ink, ' THE SENIOR INVESTIGATING OFFICERS ALBUM', also written in a red colored ink was written the number '581' and the following instruction, ' this album is not to be removed from the safe' [ 'ACC Peter Simpsons' office safe, without ' his' authority]! When I opened  the album I was shocked to see various images, where  'victims bodies' had been photographed 'posing in provocative positions' and that 'people' Who I suspected were 'police officers', posed 'aside' or 'next to the bodies' of, 'Sheila', 'Neville' and 'June Bambers' bodies! The bodies of the aforementioned victims, were 'not photographed in the position of their final resting places', I got the impression that the people in some of these photographs, were abusing and disrespecting the victims!
