I discount the possibility that the bloodied hand / fingermark on the front lower part of 'Sheilas' nightdress, could have been made after the first shot had been inflicted ( image of post attached) because cops (SOCO) photographed her body laid out on top of the bed upstairs in the y blood lea,ing out of that solitarymain bedroom, at a time 'when' there was only a solitary  bullet entry wound visible on her neck, and there was no evidence at all of any blood trailing from the corner of her mouth!
Thanks Mike, obviously I have not seen the photos of Sheila laid out on the bed with one bullet wound.

Anyway, back to Ismail, even if his evidence is disregarded, that in no way means Bamber is innocent. As you know Ismails evidence was not used at JBs trial.BUT,if Ismails testimony is being used by the ccrc against JBs latest appeal,I think it should be thrown out immediately.

please note that coments  in blue, inserted into your post are my responses to issues you are rasing (mike)
Your explaination makes perfect sense Mike.If Sheila ran upstairs and shot herself a second time, she would have been lying down, hence the dress would not be rucked up by slipping down from a sitting position.

Mike said a few years ago he has passed them onto his legal asvisors.

Actually, I sent the photograph in question, to 'Jeremy' who was serving his sentences at 'HMP Full Sutton'. I took this course of action after having spoken to him ('Jeremy') on a pre-booked telephone call the evening before I posted off the police image to him. I sent the photograph and a letter explaining how it had come into my possession! The situation, the way I saw it, was that because of the circumstances by which I took possession of the photograph had unfolded, it had always been my intention to give 'Jeremy' access to it! Had I decided from a very early stage to take the said photograph and to keep it for myself, I would have exposed myself to being charged with the theft of it. As I say, I never intended to permanently deprive 'Essex police', 'CPS', and the ' CCRC' of the photograph in question -  required proof that I had taken possession of the said photograph with the specific intention of permanently depriving ' them' of it. I took control of that photograph for the specific intention of making sure that 'Jeremy' had seen it, and that he would have been able to rely upon its content in an appeal! Unfortunately, prison security intercepted my letter with the relevant photographic attachment, and refused 'Jeremy' to read my accompanying letter, or for him to see the photograph of 'Sheila' laid on top of her parents bed with no rifle or bible resting on top of her body or alongside it. The 'Home office' retained my letter and the attached photograph. This incident caused a rift between 'Jeremy' and 'myself', because I had not been aware up until much later that 'Jeremy' had dispensed with the 'pro-bono' services of ' Ewen Smith', and that he had teamed up with ' Giovani De Stefano' ( GDS), and that the governor had banned 'Jeremy' from receiving unopened correspondence under 'Rule 37A'...

Do you know if the Home Office ever passed it on to the CCRC Mike ?

The 'CCRC' provided it to 'Ewen Smith' after I had uncovered evidence that SOCO had originally taken a total of '581' photographs, crime scene images, and such. This disturbed me, so I looked into the matter more deeply, and I found out, that 'PC Bird' had been tasked to create a different photographic album which contained only '223 images. To this shortened version of the photographic album was given 5he following title 'THE MASTER COPY ALBUM'. WHILST THE MUCH LARGER photographic album, that contained a total of ' 581 and given the title, TITLE of 'THE SENIOR INVESTIGATING OFFICERS ALBUM'. As a result of me uncovering this attempt to mislead everyone into believing there existed only one smallish album contains 223 images and photographs, I advised 'Ewen Smith' to get in touch with the 'CCRC' and ask for access to the larger album titled, 'THE SENIOR INVESTIGATING OFFICERS ALBUM'. This subsequently resulted in the 'CCRC SENDING THE LARGER FILE TO 'Ewen Smiths' Birmingham solicitors office for him to peruse through. The rest is history, hence, how I came to come into possession of that highly controversial crime scene photograph taken of her body laying on top of the bed, sporting only one bullet entry wound to her neck, 'no rifle', 'no bible' etc...

Ah,I see Mike.So the CCRC,Ewen Smith and yourself all saw the photo before the Home Office confiscated it?
