Thanks Dave, that makes perfect sense and accounts for where the casings were found. But that means all phone calls must have been made by then.Do you believe Nevill also phoned the police?

No, I do not believe Nevill called the police. You might want to watch PC Wests interview in the latest documentary.

Hopefully Snow66! has not forgotten his third Sheila scenario.

He agrees my Bamber scenario fits like a glove & he can't create a Sheila scenario. Why? Because 4 bullet cartridges were moved by EP into the bedroom.

Snow66! has not said why EP did this or why Nevill would not be shot in/by his bed at 2am.

However I have generously allowed him to create a third Sheila scenario where he can put 4 cartridges in locations of his choosing
Hi Adam ,please give me time,I cant study every detail of the case at one time.I am gleaning info from many members.I cant make up another scenario till I have all the facts to do so.I am going to be giving a rant on Nevills call to the police at the moment in reply to Rob.

Guilters have been very generous in allowing you to create a scenario which does not match the crime scene.

This is because it is impossible to create a Sheila scenario under the present crime scene evidence but a Bamber scenario fits like a glove.

If you create a plausible scenario, evidence will then have to be found that 4 bullet cartridges were moved into another room by EP.

No rush Snow, I was curious on what you thought I know you will give an impartial opinion.
Ok Rob,this is my take on the phone logs,it may be a bit long winded, see what you think. So the prosecution/guilter case is that there was only one phone call to the police on the night of the murders, that was from JB.PC West received the call and relayed it to Bonnet,Bonnets statement says he recieved the call from West at 3.26.This is the log that mentioned 'Daughter gone berserk' 'Daughter Sheila Bamber' 'Has got hold of one of my guns' etc, I will call this Nevils log because common sense tells us that those words came out of his mouth and no one elses. Now car CA7 was sent to Whitehouse farm in conection with this phone call/log.Now what we are expected to believe is that this log written by Bonnet is from the details of JBs phone call to West. So,let us look at Wests log that he wrote down from JBs call.and it should be noted that the time on the log is 3.36,which makes perfect sense if the first log was made from a call Nevill made at about 3.15-3.20.So,let us see what Bamber told PC West and try and work out why it was relayed to Bonnet looking like a phone call from Nevill. The log from JB says 'youv'e got to help me,my father phoned me and said, please come over your sister has gone crazy with the gun',so why is daughter mentioned so much after the message has been relayed to Bonnet, also the statement 'has got hold of one of my guns'.Shouldn't the message from West to Bonnet be something like Mr JB from Goldhanger phoned to say he had received a call from his father,Nevill Bamber from Whitehouse farm saying 'your sister has gone crazy and has a gun'The sister is called Sheila Caffell, she is the daughter of Nevill Bamber.[which should have been obvious]So why dosen't Bonnets log read 'sister gone crazy'  Sister Sheila Bamber' and 'sister has got hold of one of her fathers guns' after all Bonnets log was in relation to a phone call from Sheilas brother JB.Or was it? Bonnets log reads like a direct conversation with Nevill Bamber,I read it like this,Nevill phones West and says-'please help,my name is Nevill Bamber from Whitehouse farm,my daughter Sheila Bamber[he calls her Bamber in his panic] has gone berserk and she has got hold of one of my guns,.Hence the log details--'Daughter gone berserk'[not crazy] 'Daughter Sheila Bamber' and 'Has got hold of one of my guns'Surely these are Nevills words and no one elses.JBs log is completely different and would not have been relayed to Bonnet  in that fashion, besides as stated JBs log was clocked ten minutes after Nevills. And it has been pointed out that the car sent to Whitehouse farm in connection to JBs call was CA5,although it was CA7 that met him at the farm.Obviously CA7 was dispatched first at 3.35 in relation to Nevills call, with CA5 arriving much later because of the ten minute gap between Nevills call and Jeremy's.Ok ,I know the prosecution tried to say the clocks were wrong at the station and the time on JBs call should be 3.26,but do you honestly believe that.It is the same with Julies call, her original statement said Bamber called her at 3.30,But again it was claimed the clocks were wrong so that the prosecution could put the time at around 3.00 and say that Bamber called her before he called the police.A lot of dodgy time pieces back in 1985, :)) No as far as I can see ,two phone calls fits. For a start,Nevill calls the police about 3.10-3.15 then calls JB about 3.20,JB tries to phone back then phones Julie in a panic, finally phoning the police at 3.36.Bamber is told to meet the police at WH farm, which he does about ten minutes later. This is only possible because CA7 was sent in response to Nevills 3.15 call.Of course if all this is true, the original log of Nevills call to PC west must exist ,unless it has been destroyed.Oh well I hope I have got some of the facts right,if not I am sure I will soon be put straight and told it is nonsense.Bye for now.

The problem is Snow66!, the paragraph is so long, people will be de motivated to read it.

All I will say about the log is it's mad enough saying Bamber looked in Yellow Pages for the  6th furthest away police station.

Decades later claiming Nevill did the same is an insult to everyone's intelligence.

Then would you be kind enough to edit it into paragraphs again Adam, anyway its what the logs show that is of interest ,not about the intelligence of Nevill or JB.

That is the other problem. Editing the paragraphs takes a long time.

You just have to press your return button twice (bottom right) & that gives you a line gap.

Thanks Dave, but he didn't explain why Bonnets log sounds like a direct conversation with Nevill, and was so different from his own log.It should have been more or less identical dont you think? Still not happy!
