The contents of the statement show that the wet suit was recovered from whf on 9th September 1985, by DC 1448 King, bearing exhibit references PLK/5 and PLK/6, and that he subsequently handed these to DS Davidson (SOC)......

Yes,I have read about this before,but read that half was taken from whf and half from JBs cottage.Obviously an error in the book.
So this rubbishes the statement of the man at the caravan park,who stated that he witnessed Jeremy burning his wetsuit.

Hi, thought I'd join in at this point. Jeremy told me that the wetsuit in its entirety was handed back as his property along with some other stuff to a friend of his to look after long after the trial......

Wet Suits was examined at Lab'...

PLK/5 was Lab' item 81, whilst PLK/6 was Lab' item 82-------------

It must have been clear to the scientists who examined this wet suit that because there were other brownish colored stains present upon it, that it had not been thoroughly washed and cleaned before its seizure - no blood at all was detected anywhere on the wet suit found at WHF...
