Im looking at it Roch, the first paragraph is from someone who was there I think and obviously the rest is Rivlin questioning.  The trouble is Roch we haven’t got all the notes of Myall it could have been in his notes?  I’m still looking though.

It's just that 3.39 ties up with West's log of JB's call, so this worries me.

I think it has to be Myall Roch, because he gives a descriptive view of what he’s seeing.  The notes are missing though and I can remember Hartley saying it would be nice to see them.  I think overall you’ve gained some ground back mate 👍

Its a strange questioning, because Rivlin says to Bews can you remember when one of your officers sees a shadow, Bews answers him as though he saw it?

Yes, it was Rivlin who'd suggested it was a trick of the light so those concerned so it was passed off as such and Bews had agreed. When JB was being questioned he thought he might have been asked about the " movement " via the window also but wasn't. So JB had obviously fully expected there to have been chapter and verse on this but it never happened.
I'd have butted in if I'd been JB and told them all to hang on----how gormless was he ? 

Well I guess the prosecution could hardly say they called in armed police because they thought they saw movement in the window, if I had been Rivlin I would have insisted on seeing Bews situation report, the trial would have come to a sudden end!

Yes Hartley wanted to see them as well.  Roch I’m having problems with my computer mate, it’s a nightmare typing at moment so that’s why I’m not responding so quick.  It’s driving me nuts, I think I’ve worn it out over the last week 🙈

I am worried because the judge instructed that MB's time in his log was the correct one, it was West who recorded the wrong time. But Myall's time of 3.39 would suggest to me West's time was correct?

Well if Myall said 3.40 approx I would agree with you, but he recorded 3.39 this is not approx he has read the time from his watch.

Yes I agree it does look that way Rob.  That’s a match for Myall, West and Saxilby Rob.
