Wow! Really?
Oh heck, I've spoilt QC's thread----slap on wrist for me now.
HOW naughty!
I know and I also wanted to add that my daughter is in Caroline's neck of the woods as we speak.
Holidaying or escaping the virus?
Visiting. She's staying at Chester-le-street.
Never, honestly. Nowhere near dressy enough for me. Pressed trousers are my order of the day whether outdoors or inside. And I can't be without the beads either to match tops or jumpers. All dressed up and nowhere to go
Nice Castle! Also very close to Beamish but not sure if it's open at the mo.
And my daughter is in Jane’s neck of the woods as we speak 🙈
Long story but we have a child in the family whose residing in a therapy unit in Darlington and she goes regularly, by train with some of the child's siblings to visit her. They went to the cathedral last week but there was a service on the go, so they got fish and chips and went to a park to eat them. Daughter found some short cuts because the area is hilly. Durham station is where they get the train back to Lime st. ( 3hrs )
So it's a 6hr round journey to the unit?
Apart from when they leave on a Saturday morning and return this evening, though daughter has been on her own just for the day so yes, 6hrs ,leaving limited time.
Exhausting. I had the same when M was in Peterborough. It was only for a fortnight but not the ending I'd have wished for.
