Wow! Really?

Never, honestly. Nowhere near dressy enough for me. Pressed trousers are my order of the day whether outdoors or inside. And I can't be without the beads either  ;D ;D to match tops or jumpers.
All dressed up and nowhere to go  :)) :)) :)) :))

I know and I also wanted to add that my daughter is in Caroline's neck of the woods as we speak.

We're all a bit like that at the moment. My mum has never worn jeans either - in fact, I don't think I have ever seen her in trousers. Jeans are now probably the most worn item of clothing around the world closely followed by the leggings (not always a great choice - for some  ;D). Hope you get to go somewhere nice soon :).

Long story but we have a child in the family whose residing in a therapy unit in Darlington and she goes regularly, by train with some of the child's siblings to visit her. They went to the cathedral last week but there was a service on the go, so they got fish and chips and went to a park to eat them. Daughter found some short cuts because the area is hilly. Durham station is where they get the train back to Lime st. ( 3hrs )

Other than having passed through/stayed in various areas of your neck of the woods and clocking the breathtaking scenery, I'm deffo more knowledgeable about this area. I hope your daughter enjoys her visit.

So it's a 6hr round journey to the unit?

Apart from when they leave on a Saturday morning and return this evening, though daughter has been on her own just for the day so yes, 6hrs ,leaving limited time.

Exhausting. I had the same when M was in Peterborough. It was only for a fortnight but not the ending I'd have wished for.

No, I'm sure it wasn't a nice ending. Exhausting in more ways than one.
