There's no need for all this aggro with gringo. I'm pleased he brought up the issue of missing negatives as it's not something I knew about. I wonder if there are some missing of the gun cupboard and what they might show.

I don't know why the court can't make EP give up all the negatives.

It wouldn't happen in the States ! Not even the EU can help with that one.

No I mean without his input, on the first day on entry no one seen the silencer, so it wasn’t laying around noticeable by the police or photo’s?  So it must have been out the way?

What about AP's testimony or interview notes where he states DB informed him the police had sent a sound moderator back to the relatives. Bit odd that?

Yes.
So a silencer that was frequently used and wasn’t dangerous was put away for some reason either just prior to the murders (Because Jeremy has used it frequent)  or just after the murders?

So really the question of how far back in the cupboard is all that’s at issue really.

Yes. I've always said that the issue of the silencer is the one piece of evidence which convicted Jeremy. It's difficult to get round it. If only the police had searched that cupboard that day and taken away all the firearms and accessories. I'm amazed they didn't.

The USA wouldn't stand for withheld evidence. It would have been out well before now with their laws.

Kaldin sadly it was quite a shoddy investigation I think one of the relatives found it and after it was handled and contaminated it was given or the police came to collect it and had a wee dram and a chat.

So, it must have been a fairway back in the cupboard, because fire arms tactical police never spotted it, granted they wasn’t looking for it, five people were present when it was found, Anne, Robert , David, Basil Cock and the farm Secretary I think?

I believe AP is paraphrasing what DB told him incorrectly. What he meant was the police had left the silencer in the house after they transfered possession of the property back to the owners.

The cupboard is an under the stairs type - it doesn't look that big?

So it should have been easy for 5 officers to have spotted a silencer ?

It was apparently in a box. It wouldn't matter where the box was if no police officers looked in it.
