Were debating the silencer, conflicting statements is in another topic, I’m focusing on Jeremy’s statement where he says he used the silencer two to three times and I’m focusing on Bird’s statement’s as well  Bring conflicting statements up in the thread created.

Yes I have noticed Sami, it was a shame me and Kaldin was debating well, they probably didn’t like it from the side lines Sami.  I wasn’t conflicting statements I was using them, I was using Jeremy’s own admission about the silencer,  I was using Bird’s statements about the photo’s and the raid officers who only looked in the gun cupboard but didn’t search it, Bird states several times he didn’t go in it on the day to photo it.  I know there is a dubious paper trail after finding the silencer, but if they were trying to hide anything they would have avoided this and just said “ we’ve found this silencer and it looks as though bloods on it”.

That's an officer paraphrasing some weeks after the event. IIRC Jeremy said she was capable of using them not that she actually did use them.

The CCRC did make EP give them up. They handed over cut up film strips with negatives missing.

EP claim to have release all of the negatives they now have  They say they have destroyed a number of frames which they claimed were unexposed.  However there was no logical reason to do that and it directly conflicted with EP standing orders.  The whole thing stinks.

He was referring to my bullshit Kaldin. When there was no need, you stick up for him if you want, but I will address unwanted comments how I see fit.
