I get what he's saying too, so don't bother to stir things up. i
Don't be diverted by bullshit, Kaldin. All the crap about the regularity of the use of the silencer/scope is distraction from the issue that you raised on the opening post.
Pictures were taken of the gun cupboard on the 7/8/85.
Sometime after the 7/8/85 the relatives "discovered" a bloodied silencer in a box from said gun cupboard.
Photographic experts were sent by the defence to inspect the negatives of all photos taken. There were three separate visits between 2001 and 2012.
9/10/2002 John Macleod viewed the negatives. He viewed 429 negatives, 249 had been cut and removed.
1/10/2008 Peter Sutherst viewed the negatives. He viewed 416 negatives, 262 had been cut and removed.
"011 (date not given) CCRC appointed photographic experts to inspect the negatives. They viewed 406 negatives, 272 had been removed.
Some of those negatives that show the gun cupboard on 7/8/85 have been removed by EP. These missing negatives are significant, according to the CCRC who admit this whilst trying to downplay it.
Why were EP busy curating the photographic record and why have they disposed of so many? The question is rhetorical really. There are no reasonable explanations for this. It is reasonable to conclude that EP have removed negatives that would contradict their lies about the gun cupboard/finding of the moderator.
Those who argue that Bamber is guilty full well understand the implications of the above and also understand why EP have removed them. This is why they attempt to divert you with irrelevant side issues.
