They persist in managing the case even now. That suggests that the case is a highly sensitive one for them and possibly certain other authorities.
Anyone with an IQ above room temperature can see this, Roch. It is blatantly obvious that the photographic record from the day of the killings shows the crime scene as it was.
From the very start of the case the photographic record was being tampered with. Some of the fabrications made by the prosecution, eg. the silencer, would be exposed by the photographic record made on the day. As a consequence negatives that challenged the official narrative were removed.
Over the years as appeals etc. have been ongoing, it is apparent that EP have further "edited" the negatives removing more each time prior to inspection. The motives for doing so seem obvious but for those who believe the explanations to be "innocent" despite having no plausible explanation, the CCRC spelt it out, albeit obliquely.
EP removed negatives of the gun cupboard which were of significance to the safety of the conviction.
It is simply naive at this point to believe that EP are not covering up lies.
