I dunno about that. His fingerprints would be expected to be on it really.
Im not saying just that item, I mean in general Kaldin?  It’s only a thought, when the murders take place the thought process alters especially when it’s not gone the way you thought, it’s a matter of get in and get out unseen

Interestingly, Anthony Pargeter saw two boxes in the gun cupboard when he was looking for his own rifle. One box was straight ahead of him and the other smaller box was to the right of that. It's possible then that the box where the silencer was found on 10th August wasn't right at the back or far right end of the cupboard, and it was more accessible than I thought.

Was there any other silencer milling around, for use at the farmhouse?
Im talking about the one found with the scope for the rifle?  Does Jeremy say he used several different ones? Did he say this at trial that he always used A N other silencer and not that one?  Wasn’t Parageter silencer there or had he removed it?

Pargeter said in 1991 that on the night of 6th/7th August 1985 his silencer was locked away at his own house.

Not sure. I can remember Buddy used to criticise the Pargeter testimony. I just wondered whether there was more than one in use at the farm. If not, it does seem odd that the only one was found at the back of the cupboard. Some good posts on here at the moment.

Why would there be?

I get what he's saying too, so don't bother to stir things up. i
Don't be diverted by bullshit, Kaldin. All the crap about the regularity of the use of the silencer/scope is distraction from the issue that you raised on the opening post.
Pictures were taken of the gun cupboard on the 7/8/85.
Sometime after the 7/8/85 the relatives "discovered" a bloodied silencer in a box from said gun cupboard.
Photographic experts were sent by the defence to inspect the negatives of all photos taken. There were three separate visits between 2001 and 2012.

9/10/2002 John Macleod viewed the negatives. He viewed 429 negatives, 249 had been cut and removed.
1/10/2008 Peter Sutherst viewed the negatives. He viewed 416 negatives, 262 had been cut and removed.
"011 (date not given) CCRC appointed photographic experts to inspect the negatives. They viewed 406 negatives, 272 had been removed.

Some of those negatives that show the gun cupboard on 7/8/85 have been removed by EP. These missing negatives are significant, according to the CCRC who admit this whilst trying to downplay it.
Why were EP busy curating the photographic record and why have they disposed of so many? The question is rhetorical really. There are no reasonable explanations for this. It is reasonable to conclude that EP have removed negatives that would contradict their lies about the gun cupboard/finding of the moderator.
Those who argue that Bamber is guilty full well understand the implications of the above and also understand why EP have removed them. This is why they attempt to divert you with irrelevant side issues.

What when it was found Kaldin?

Sorry?

David Boutflour described the box where he found the silencer on 10th August as being to the far right of the cupboard. It was on top of another box. I initially thought that those two boxes would not be visible unless you got right into the cupboard.  Anthony Pargeter said there was a box right in front of him when he looked in the cupboard, and another to the right of that - visible from just opening the door.

I'm not saying much really - I'm not even sure how many boxes were in the cupboard.

See, when people say the "back" of the cupboard, do the mean the back wall or the back as in to the far right of the cupboard?

Yes. I don't know why some negatives of pics of the gun cupboard would be removed. I will look into it more gringo.

Well there were plenty guns knocking around. Just wondered if there was more than one sound moderator.

If the Brno rifle was present at the farm, then yes.

They persist in managing the case even now. That suggests that the case is a highly sensitive one for them and possibly certain other authorities.
