3) He doesn’t have a single bit of proof Jeremy is the killer
4) Mugford is a pathological liar and lied in the witness box
5) Colin knows there is important information about the case but hasn’t bothered to fight to have this

If the drama doesn’t show the truth ie Mugford lies and the deception by the relatives it will open a can of worms for Colin, the relatives and Mugford

I wonder if any parent in this country would let there children go to a school where Mugford worked yet we are meant to accept that everything she’s done can be overlooked.

What a powerful story that puts a lot of the myths dreamed up by Bamber supporters to bed about Sheila, coming from a man that lived it.  Now he finally has chance to put the record straight to a mass audience.  Hopefully this will help him move on Jane.  Shame on Bambers new Lawyer for asking for screening to be put back.

Anyone who has a genuine interest in this miscarriage of justice case will only be interested in finding out the truth about Jeremy Bamber and if this was a murder or a murder suicide.

 

The impartial people on this forum who are not friends or relations of the prosecution witnesses are horrified by the withholding of evidence for no good reason and in particular evidence regarding the chief prosecution witness Julie Mugford. Might I add still withheld.

 

The people who have been in contact with me over the years are horrified that a man could have been in prison for over 30 years on the evidence of a pathological liar who continued to lie  in the witness box. Julie Mugford actually told the court she was an honest person. Colin professes to take the word of Julie Mugford and her version of events without question or evidence.

 

If you go onto the internet the definition of  honesty it means more than not lying. A more complete definition of honesty shows that an honest person doesn't do things that are morally wrong. Honesty is a facet of moral character that connotes positive and virtuous attributes such as integrity, truthfulness, straightforwardness, including straightforwardness of conduct, along with the absence of lying, cheating, theft, etc

If I had lost my two sons in the way that Colin had I would want answers and I would have done everything I could to find out what led to her death. Was it the doctors fault, was it the wrong medication, I would not stop until I got the right answers.  Did Colin look for answers? Or did he just decide to take Julie Mugfords word for what was said without a shred of evidence and why did he take her word for what happened?

It reminds the viewer of the brutality of the whole thing. And the fact that Sheila, a slip of a girl at five foot seven, couldn’t overcome Nevill Bamber, a man who was six foot four, an active farmer who lifted bales. There was no way Sheila could have achieved that

What gives you the right to think you know better than the father of those murdered boys when everything you post is slanted in favour of their murderer and therefore SERIOUSLY flawed?
