prison can do many things to ones personality. if we are to look at when the letter was wrote. 1989. Jeremy had been imprisoned almost four years. I believe at the time of writing he had just been knocked backed from an appeal. And I strongly feel the letter contained elements of a man venting and ranting. And who knows ? Perhaps elements truth . Reference Julie, we only have contact post imprisonment that's in the domain. How can you be completely certain the amount of times Jeremy has tried to intiate contact? It may be that many of us on here are none the wiser....

The relevance is that Jeremy sensed injustice whilst under Nevill and June's guardianship. What greater injustice than to have your girlfriend of almost two years state a tissue of lies in a court of law which resulted in you being banged up for 34 years yet you remain silent..

I'm sure after 34 years he's read Julie's statements by now. Why not a point by point rebuttal, instead of "Julie didn't know what she was doing when she got the ball rolling" or words to that effect in one interview he did give.
