One thing which leaps out from the original position of where Neville Bambers body was set prior to firearms officers entering the premises, and pressing against the internal kitchen door (which had the result of toppling Neville Bambers body forward so that his body ended up balancing somewhat precariously on top of the forward chair, with his head drooping into the coal hod), no-one could have gone beyond that internal kitchen door in the opposite direction to conceal a sound moderator in a cupboard in the downstairs office!

So, why is it that the very first time there is any mention of David Boutflour finding the sound moderator to the rifle is on a police form dated the 11th September 1985? Is it just a coincidence that his sister Ann Eaton handed over 'that' sound moderator to DC Oakey (headquarters SOCO) on that very same date (11th September 1985)?

And..

Why is it, that the very first dated witness statement that was ever made by David Boutflour where he makes mention of finding the guns sound moderator, is dated, 12th September 1985?

What we now know, is something which the jury at the original trial were not told and did not know, and what we now know, which the pappellate court was not told at the 2002 appeal, is that there existed and still exists conclusive proof that the relatives had control and possession of a sound moderator which did not belong to themselves for over one month until after the shootings, giving them ample time and opportunity to tamper with the crime scene and the sound moderator so that it could be used to help secure murder convictions against Jeremy Bamber, which if successful, would pave the way for a huge inheritance windfall
involving the Bamber parents estates that would ordinarily have gone automatically directly to Jeremy Bamber himself!

At least three named police officers were privacy to the date and time when the brother and sister routine (David Boutflour and Ann Eaton) introduced the contaminated sound moderator a month later than the jury were led to believe, those three police officers are responsible for committing the criminal offence of 'perverting the course of justice', and I name them here for posterity:-

(2) - DCI Wright
(3) - DC 494 Benton
